Roman: You must contact Wiley Publishing directly for a replacement CD. They produce that CD. We do not have copies in the office for replacement. The password for the bookowners section of the web site is in the book as described on the log in page.

I ordered your NOBSFX Workshop yesterday and I’ve read and studied HPTS. I’ve been using the strategies for the last year.
With the recent CFTC Regulation changes, my account has been moved from UK account to a US account, and I’ve found it difficult to follow the strategies as written for a number of reasons:
1) I can’t place 2 independent trade units, as the units are combined in a “Net” trade.
2) I can’t place the stop loss with the entry order. I have to wait until the entry order is placed before I can place my stop loss.
3) I can’t have 2 independent stop losses to trail, as they are also combined as a net stop loss.
4) The higher margin requirements
Can you please make some comments on how to use the HPTS with the current regulations. They change the game a lot.
